I am pleased to inform you that the upgrade to LEARN has now been completed.
To minimise disruption, LEARN will be available online again from 15:45 Thursday 29thJuly 2021
Following the upgrade, you may notice several changes in RVC LEARN including enhancements to the menu navigations. This is further development within a project to develop the accessibility and navigation within LEARN and improve the overall user experience for you.
As a reminder, if you experience any issues with RVC LEARN please log a call directly via the Service Desk Portal this will ensure the quickest response from the most appropriate team. The LEARN helpdesk is the quickest route to resolving your RVC LEARN issues. The LEARN Helpdesk is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Any tickets received outside of those hours will be responded to during working hours.
