Dear RVC colleagues, students and LEARN users   

The LEARN Team have become aware of a technical issue with the RVC App that requires us to take immediate action. We have been working with the technical teams of our partner providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To implement the solution, it will be necessary to take the RVC App offline for 1 hour from 13:30 on the 7thJuly 2021. 

We apologies for the short notice of disruption of this service. 

All further updates will be sent out via this channel, and we will of course notify users when the service has been restored.      

As a reminder, if you experience any issues with RVC LEARN please log a call directly via the Service Desk Portal.

The LEARN helpdesk is the quickest route to resolving your RVC LEARN issues and is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Any tickets received outside of those hours will be responded to during working hours.
