Dear RVC colleagues, students and LEARN users
I am very pleased to inform you that the migration of RVC LEARN to the cloud has been successfully completed and the system is now live for all users to access. We apologise for the need to extend the period of downtime to complete the migration. However, this was necessary to allow our partner providers the time they needed to resolve a technical issue. This work has now been completed and we are pleased to return RVC LEARN back to users. The migration to the cloud means that you should notice quicker page loads and a smoother user experience.
As a reminder, if you experience any issues with RVC LEARN please log a call directly via the Service Desk Portal this will ensure the quickest response from the most appropriate team. The LEARN helpdesk is the quickest route to resolving your RVC LEARN issues. The LEARN Helpdesk is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Any tickets received outside of those hours will be responded to during working hours.
