Dear RVC colleagues, students and LEARN users
In order to continue to improve LEARN's capacity and performance, we are working with our hosting provider CoSector to move RVC LEARN into the cloud. This essential work will occur on Wednesday, April 7th with downtime expected to last from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We appreciate that this is relatively short notice for a full day’s downtime however, the timing of this work has been scheduled to minimise impact, taking into account the college teaching and assessment schedules. We apologies in advance for any inconvenience that this essential improvement works may cause.
During this downtime all users will not be able to access LEARN or its content. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this causes.
All further updates will be sent out via this channel and we will of courses notify users when the service has been restored.
As a reminder, if you experience any issues with RVC LEARN please log a call directly via the Service Desk Portal this will ensure the quickest response from the most appropriate team. The LEARN helpdesk is the quickest route to resolving your RVC LEARN issues. The LEARN Helpdesk is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Any tickets received outside of those hours will be responded to during working hours.
