Dear Staff and Students, 

We have been made aware that there is an issue with the latest version of Zoom on PC that causes problems establishing a connection to the Zoom meeting.

Zoom's technical team are looking into this at the moment. 

The fix for this is to roll back to the previous version by uninstalling the effected Zoom desktop application and using the installer link below to install the previous version of Zoom. Unfortunately, this is an intermittent problem, so if you are experiencing issues whilst connecting to a Zoom meeting, please follow the guidance above. This issue only affects PC users with the latest version of Zoom.
