Dear RVC colleagues, students and LEARN users

As RVC LEARN usage continues to grow and with a number of important exams over the coming weeks and months, we have worked with CoSector to increase RVC LEARN’s capacity. This work will occur on Wednesday, November 25th from 07:00 am GMT with up to 30 minutes of downtime 

During this downtime you will not be able to access LEARN or its content. 

If you experience any issues with RVC LEARN please notify our Helpdesk as soon as possible by sending an email to learn@rvc.ac.uk. The LEARN helpdesk is the quickest route to resolving your RVC LEARN issues. The LEARN Helpdesk is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 

All further updates will be sent out via this channel and we will of course notify users tomorrow morning to confirm the service has been restored.
