Dear RVC Staff and Students,
At 12:42 Panopto informed us that their cloud service is experiencing disruption. Unfortunately, the problem with Panopto is impacting European wide performance and affects Integrations, Processing / Encoding, Recording / Uploading, Search, Video playback and Website traffic.
We have raised a number of urgent support requests with the Panopto service desk and directly with senior technicians explaining the situation.
Panopto are currently investigating the increased latency and will provide updates as they happen. As we know more, or the issues is resolved we will update you.
