Following my e-mail last week, I just wanted to take the opportunity to remind you, as previously agreed at the LTAC meeting in November 2019 and noted in the College calendar, LEARN will be undergoing a critical upgrade on the 30th July 2020, as part of our continued commitment to enhance and improve the digital landscape at the RVC.
To allow this upgrade work to be completed as robustly as possible, LEARN will be taken offline from Thursday 30th July 2020 at 06:00 GMT.
We hope to have Learn available again from 12:00 GMT on Friday 31st July. However, following the upgrade work, further changes and tests will be required which could result in Learn being unavailable for a further period until 09:00 GMT on Monday 3rd August whilst this fundamental work is completed. Diligent testing has been completed and we are confident that the upgrade process will be a success.
Following the upgrade, you may notice a number of changes in RVC LEARN including enhancements to the menu navigations. This is the start of a longer-term project to develop the accessibility and navigation within Learn and improve the overall user experience for you.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst this critical upgrade work is completed and thank you for your patience and understanding.
