05/06/2014 11AM: System is back to normal. All issues now resolved.
05/06/2014 9AM update: Students are still unable to view videos and are being prompted to login. Another update should be applied in the next couple of hours which should resolve the issue.
04/06/2014 10:50 AM update: RESOLVED - all videos are now working again. Video upload is also functional. If you are still seeing errors, please try purging your browser's cache. If this doesn't resolve it for you please email us.
04/06/2014 10:20 AM update: ULCC is still working to resolve the issue with videos not playing. There is no lead time on a fix.
Staff may have noticed a short period during which it was not possible to edit RVC Learn this morning. This has now been resolved.
However videos cannot be played or added to RVC Learn at the moment. This is being worked on by our service provider, the ULCC.
We will keep updating this post as things progress.
