Dear RVC colleagues, students and LEARN users
In order to continue to improve LEARN's capacity and performance, essential work will occur on Tuesday, March 23rd from 08:00 am GMT with up to 30 minutes of downtime.
During this downtime all users will not be able to access LEARN or its content. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this causes. We do understand that some users may prefer to access LEARN early in the morning but for essential work we need to work in coordination with our hosting provider, Co-Sector's, maintenance windows.
All further updates will be sent out via this channel and we will of courses notify users when the service has been restored.
As a reminder, if you experience any issues with RVC LEARN please log a call directly via the Service Desk Portal this will ensure the quickest response from the most appropriate team. The LEARN helpdesk is the quickest route to resolving your RVC LEARN issues. The LEARN Helpdesk is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Any tickets received outside of those hours will be responded to during working hours.
