Dear RVC colleagues, students and LEARN users

To ensure that RVC LEARN continues to run as smoothly as possible for the Spring term, we have negotiated with CoSector to update a number of essential systems this will occur  on Tuesday, December 22nd. This work will occur from 07:00 am GMT with up to 60 minutes of downtime. 

During this downtime (from 7am to 8am) you will not be able to access LEARN or its content. 

After this time, if you experience any issues with RVC LEARN please notify our Helpdesk as soon as possible by sending an email to learn@rvc.ac.uk. The LEARN helpdesk is the quickest route to resolving your RVC LEARN issues. The LEARN Helpdesk is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 

All further updates will be sent out via this channel and we will of course notify users to confirm the service has been restored.
