Christmas arrangements for ISD (Estates, IT and Library) services are as follows:

Buses: The last shuttle bus will operate on Thursday 24th December leaving HH campus at 18.00.

It is likely that an amended bus service will operate on 23rd and 24th December and this will posted shortly. Services will resume with a full timetable on Monday 4th January 2021.

Library/IT: Camden LRC will be closing at 16.00 on Friday 18th December and Hawkshead LRC at 17.00 on Tuesday 22nd December and reopening at 8.00am (Hawkshead) and 9.00am (Camden) on Monday 4th January 2021. The main open access area at Hawkshead (S80), will remain open throughout, access is by swipe pass only.

The IT Helpdesk 5181 (0207 468 5181) and email helpdesk@rvc.ac.uk will be operated by the out of hours service throughout the closed period from 5pm on Tuesday 22nd December.

SAWC: SAWC will close at 17.00 on Tuesday 22nd December and will be closed until 29th Dec. SAWC will reopen for reduced hours on 29th, 30th and 31st Dec from 08:00 to 13:00 and then closed on 1st, 2nd and 3rd Jan. Opening hours from Monday 4th January 2021 will be subject to change due to COVID testing facilities being located in SAWC. Further updates will follow once details are confirmed.

Postroom: The post room will be operating a normal service up to and including 5pm on Tuesday 22nd December. Departments requiring essential outgoing postal facilities on 23rd and 24th December should contact the Hawkshead or Camden post rooms to discuss requirements.

There will be no other outgoing postal services, please make use of the Amazon lockers for Amazon deliveries during the closed period

The post room will reopen at 08.00 on Monday 4th January 2021.
