Dear RVC colleagues, students and LEARN users

CoSector (our RVC LEARN host) has informed us (Dec 4th) that they will be undertaking essential infrastructure maintenance work on Tuesday, December 15th. This work will occur from 07:00 am to 09:00 am GMT. During this time, you may experience brief interruptions in service that may prevent you from accessing LEARN or its content while the system is being updated.

We appreciate that the timing of this CoSector maintenance is less than ideal with exams taking place that week. In order to minimise any disruption to your revision we recommend that you please access/download any/all content you need prior to this maintenance window next Tuesday.

If you experience any issues with RVC LEARN please notify our Helpdesk as soon as possible by sending an email to learn@rvc.ac.uk. The LEARN helpdesk is the quickest route to resolving your RVC LEARN issues. The LEARN Helpdesk is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
