From today the new ISD Service Desk portal is live for logging of Estates, IT and Library requests, incidents and faults. The Service Desk web portal has replaced both EOSS and the IT web logging functions on the Intranet to reflect the unified service catalogue of the Infrastructure Services Directorate.

Please use the feedback and suggestions forms which can be found in each section if you have any problems, questions or suggestions.
In collaboration with other departments, developments will then be made to allow the logging of Agresso enquiries to Finance Systems and Learn and related issues to the Digital Learning team.
