Dear Students and staff,
As some of you are all too aware Echo360 recordings have been somewhat erratic over the last week or so. My team and I have been working to diagnose and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We have discovered that the error seems to be related the links between your courses and the Echo centre.
Please rest assured that my team and I are working hard to resolve the issues and improve your Learn experience as quickly as possible.
I would like to extend my apologies to both students and staff for any inconvenience this has caused.
