Dear Echo users,
Unfortunately our Echo360 servers experienced a technical problem yesterday evening and as a result were offline from 18:00. The Digital Learning team were quick to react to the problem and the issues were resolved and the server back online at 22:00.
I apologies for any inconvenience caused by this outage. We are monitoring the server closely to prevent any further inconvenience however, if you do notice a problem with Echo please either contact your Student Learning Technologist (SLT) or send an email to learn@rvc.ac.uk
