In addition to the official photography sessions on the day of graduation, see the Guide to Graduation (PDF), we will also be running an extra official session for individual photographs at Hawkshead on Sunday 12 July (before the Graduation Ball Reception).

The session will use exactly the same studio as at Graduation so the photos won't look any different. Gowns, scrolls, etc will be provided. The studio will probably be available from 10.00 - 3.00pm (we've brought forward the start time to accommodate demand for early slots).

If you have already placed an order for your photos with Ede & Ravenscroft (online booking form) and would like to attend this session, and avoid the queues on Graduation Day, then please email Jack Sisterson - jsisterson@rvc.ac.uk .

Time slots will be allocated soon, so if you let him know approximately what time you'd prefer to have your photo taken, he will try to fit you in as close to this as possible. If you've already asked for a slot but would now like to take advantage of the earlier start time, then please let him know - you'll get priority.

Finally, we understand that there is no requirement to wear anything on your head for these photographs, so if you were at all worried about disturbing your hairstyle, ahead of the Graduation Ball... don't be!
